W Hamond are proud to present this Moorcroft collection featuring stunning pottery designs inspired by Whitby, and turned into unique jewellery. This items comes complete with 24 inch box style, sterling silver chain. Dimensions: 53mm x 32mm, Pottery piece; 44mm x 28mm.
Perched high on a cliff, it's easy to see why the haunting remains of Whitby Abbey were inspiration for Bram Stoker's gothic tale of 'Dracula'. This necklace design features the Whitby Abbey, still fighting the pull of gravity. Centuries of weather and war have taken their toll - parts of the abbey church have collapsed during storms, and its west front was hit by German naval shelling in 1914.
