The Montblanc Meisterstück X Olympic Heritage Chamonix 1924 Classique Ballpoint was launched to celebrate the centenary of the brand’s prestigious Meisterstuck fountain pen but also pays homage to 100 years since the 1924 Olympic Winter Games held at the foot of the Mont Blanc mountain. Its deep blue-grey precious resin barrel tips its hat to the colours chosen for the Olympics games that year, constituting a perfect Christmas gift idea for any sports-loving individual or Montblanc collector. The official red-orange colour of the Olympics Games 1924 also features on the top of the pen, while the engraved laurel wreaths flank the Olympic rings logo. The cap, completes the entire design, bearing the “Olympic Games Paris 1924” lettering upon its surface. Once again inspired by the 1924 Olympics and the brand’s debut of the Meisterstuck fountain pen, this Christmas gift idea comes displayed inside an authentic Montblanc presentation box with an official certification document and boasts the Montblanc emblem suspended inside resin on the top of the pen. The Solitaire edition is made from a platinum-coated cap and barrel featuring an engraving of the mountain landscape of the Chamonix valley, and a handcrafted solid 18k white gold nib that has been embellished with a ski jumper, a nod to a vintage Olympic poster of that year. The cap top ring once again features the laurel wreath decoration, together with the Olympic Heritage logo.
