Free UK Delivery
We offer Free Next Day Delivery within the UK, for orders over £50 (under and its just £7.50)
. In stock orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched the same day between Monday to Friday.
UK Deliveries are made by Royal Mail, which is a next day service and fully insured.
Different billing and shipping address: We may require emailed proof of ID if you want delivery to an address other than your billing address.
We can deliver internationally but please read the following.
For items over £500 we use FedEx, which offer delivery within 2 days to most of Europe and 3 days for the rest of the world. The price varies depending on your country and postcode/zip code, when you buy online our checkout system will give you an exact quote for delivery. Under £500 and parcels are sent via Royal Mail Airsure, which is normally a 2-3 day service within Europe and 5 days for the rest of the world, pricing for this varies between £0 and £15.00 per order.
There are some factors that may affect the delivery time of your order such as stock availability, in the case of us having to order a product directly from the supplier, or if you have any special requirements. If any of these factors result in the delivery of your order being extended, we will contact you to discuss the options available.
All orders delivered outside of the UK, unless agreed otherwise, will be shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means that importation taxes and duties fall to the responsibility of the purchaser to pay. In such cases, the customer will need to pay this cost for the order to be released to them from the courier.
Please be mindful that there is a limited postal service during bank holiday periods (especially Christmas) so if you wish to receive your order for a specific date, please allow sufficient time and place your order in advance.
Interest Free Credit orders will only be dispatched once your application has been confirmed by our finance company and these orders can only be delivered to your billing address.
If your delivery time is affected by events that are out of our control such as adverse weather conditions, we will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and a member of our customers service team will be available to help track your order.
