Free UK Delivery
We offer free next day delivery on all in stock orders over £50 within the UK. If your order is in stock and under £50, it is just £7.50 for next day delivery. All in stock orders placed before 4pm between Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.
UK Deliveries are made by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is a fully insured next day service.
We can deliver internationally but there are varied charges depending on your order total and international delivery address.
Orders under £500, parcels are sent via Royal Mail Airsure which is normally a 2-3 day service within Europe and 5 days for the rest of the world. Again, pricing for this varies between £0.99 and £15.00 per order.
Orders over £500, we use FedEx which offer delivery within 2 days to most of Europeand 3 days for the rest of the world. The price for FedEx delivery varies depending on your country and postcode.
When you placed your order online, our checkout system will give you an exact quote for delivery once you have entered your international address
All orders delivered outside of the UK, unless agreed otherwise, will be shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that importation taxes and duties fall to the responsibility of the purchaser to pay. If this is the case, the customer may also need to pay for the order to be released to them from the courier.
Click & Collect
For all in stock items, click and collect will be available from the next working day (if ordered before 4pm between Monday - Friday). If you require any adjustments or sizing changes to be made to a particular item on your order, please allow us a few days before collecting. In this instance, we will contact you by telephone and email to keep you updated on the progress of your order.
For out of stock items, click and collect is still available but we will contact you when your order is ready to collect. You can collect from any W Hamond store that suits you best.

How long does delivery take?
If you have placed an order for an item that is in stock before 4pm and are having it delivered to a UK address, your order will be sent for next day delivery.
There are a couple of factors that may affect the delivery time of your order such as stock availability or if you have any special requirements like engraving. If any of these factors result in the delivery of your order being extended, please get in touch with one of our team on 01947 603330 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org for a delivery date.
Please be mindful that there is a limited postal service during bank holiday periods - especially Christmas. We always try and get our orders ready for next day delivery, but during busy periods please allow sufficient time and place your order in advance if you wish to receive your order for a specific date.
If your delivery time is affected by events that are out of our control such as adverse weather conditions, we will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible. A member of our customers service team will also be available to help track your order.
