30 Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a simple and easy returns process on all orders with a 30 day money back guarantee. Refunds and exchanges can be requested within 30 days of the date of dispatch. Please note, if you choose to exchange your item, a refund will not be offered for the exchanged item unless the product is faulty.
Items purchased in our sale or orders placed in conjunction with an offer or promotional code will be supplied with a 14 day returns policy from the date of dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not happy with your item or you would like to exchange it for something else, you can either post the item back to us using the address supplied below or you can drop your item back into one of our stores.
Please return your order with your original receipt and package the items as you received them. We cannot accept orders back for a refund if you have not returned any free gifts of accessories that were included with your order.
We will also not accept items for return or exchange if they show any signs of wear, damage or neglect unless these issues have been reported on receipt of delivery.

We aim to process returns the same working day that your order arrives back with us, but during busy periods please up to 7-10 days for returns and exchanges to be processed.
Special orders including items that have been personalised, adjusted or resized are non-returnable and are not covered under our standard returns policy. Our promise to replace an item or refund your money does also not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
We are unable to accept returns of earrings or cleaning products due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
