Returns

We offer Free Next Day Delivery within the UK for all orders over £30 (under and its just £2.50) . In stock orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched the same day between Monday to Friday.


UK Deliveries are made by Royal Mail, which is a next day service and fully insured. For guaranteed delivery before Christmas please order by 4pm on 23rd December for In Stock items. We do also offer international delivery Different billing and shipping address: We may require emailed proof of ID if you want delivery to an address other than your billing address. Orders processed using finance can only be delivered to your billing address.


We offer a 30 day money back gaurantee on all orders. Simply either post the item back to us or you can drop it into one of our stores. You have 30 days from date of purchase to return you item.

We hope you will be happy with your Whitby Jet jewellery, yet with our commitment to offering the best customer service if for whatever reason you need to return your purchase, please take note of the following instructions & information.

You can either post the item back to us or you can drop it into one of our shops (please refer to the Store Locator). You have 30 days from date of purchase to return you item.

In any case where an order has been requested to have been personalised, adjusted or resized we unfortunately cannot offer refunds and would not be covered under our standard returns policy. Please bring with you/post your original receipt, the item needs to be packaged as you received it including any free gifts or accessories that you received. The item must be returned in brand new condition. This refund policy only applies to products sold via the website, for our stores policy's please contact the store directly.  Any sale items which are purchased, listed in our sale section and had a price reduction from the normal retail price must be returned within 7 days.For UK Customers who spent more than £1,000 who want to post the item back, we will send you pre-paid packaging to send your jewellery back to us fully insured at our cost, you just have to drop it off at a local post office. Please refer to our Contact page to arrange this return service.

For orders under £1,000 or orders outside the UK, please post the item back to the following address;

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot offer refund or replacement for any goods that are lost in return shipment

We aim to process the refund the same day we receive it but please allow up to 7 days for this to be processed.
