Online Sales Manager

Full time: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Some weekends may be required during peak trading periods.

Main Responsibilities

  • Recruiting, developing and managing a successful team
  • Driving incremental profitable sales growth
  • Delivering excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Producing and implementing a strategy to optimise our customer journey across multiple channels.
  • Removing inefficiencies from internal processes & procedures

What we require from you:

  • Experience in delivering online sales growth in a fast paced B2C environment
  • Be driven by development, success, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience of reporting and working to and achieving set KPI’s.
  • Experience in managing a team of staff in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience in liaising with multiple departments within a company

As our company continues to expand its catering and hospitality business, we are looking for a skilled and talented team member to join us at W Hamond Tea Rooms in Whitby (situated above our jewellery boutique)

We are currently recruiting for Experienced Full Time Front of House/Waiting on Staff and we would welcome applications from experienced, skilled, passionate, ambitious, dedicated and friendly staff who would like to join our team in delivering high quality locally sourced food and beverages and exceptional levels of customer service.

Various shift patterns are available which will include weekend work.

In addition to our W Hamond boutique, we operate 6 other jewellery stores in Whitby – Robert & Victoria, Whitby Jet Store, Araucaria, Museum of Whitby Jet, C W Sellors Fine Jeweller & Jura Watches and looking for dynamic, flexible and motivated members of staff to join out growing and successful team in both full and part time positions.

Daily Duties to include:
Jewellery & Watch Sales
