Our personal in-store and videos appointments give you the chance to talk face-to-face with one of our incredible team members who can assist you with all your watch and jewellery related needs.
Personal In-Store Shopping
Keeping in line with lifted restrictions and following all government guidelines related to COVID-19 safety, we are now pleased to offer our new personal instore shopping experience. This unique service allows you to visit any of our boutiques in person for a socially distanced shopping experience with one of our experts. We can show you around the store, talk you through some of our stunning collections and provide advice on our other services including repairs, finance and bespoke design.
To ensure we give you the best possible service whilst keeping social distancing measures in place, we may at times have to limit the number of customers within the boutique but our team will provide all instructions on how this will be in operation before your visit. Our stores will also be fully cleaned and sanitised on opening with regularly cleaning throughout the day and in between appointments for your safety and peace of mind.
Online Video Appointment
We understand that many of our customer’s are still uncertain about socialising outside their homes during lockdown, so to ensure we can provide a quality service to all our customers we are now offering personal online video appointments. You will still receive all the main benefits of an in-store experience, but from the comfort and safety of your own home.
We are happy to work with your requirements and chat via a platform that suits you, whether that’s WhatsApp Video, Facebook Messenger, Zoom or any other. One of our team members will connect with you at a time and date that suits you and assist you with all your queries. We can go through all our products with you in detail across our site, help you apply for our interest free finance or discuss our other services like repairs and bespoke jewellery design.
