On a mission for quality, precision and durability, Sinn Watches was founded in 1961 by flight instructor and pilot Helmut Sinn. Using his own experience in the air, Helmut Sinn created a range of tough, high-precision luxury pilot’s watches that remain a key influence for today’s line-up of Sinn watches. Thirty-three years later and Sinn was acquired by engineer Lothar Schmidt who introduced many of the innovative concepts and technological developments that make Sinn watches some of the most durable and technologically advanced in the industry.
Some of just a few ground-breaking and patented technologies used within Sinn watches include their captive bezel, magnetic field protection, Ar-Dehumidifying Technology which ensures freedom of fogging, German Submarine Steel cases and their TEGIMENT technology for incredible scratch resistance. These innovations allow Sinn watches to survive in even the most extreme conditions and can be discovered in collections like the Sinn Diver’s, Sinn Pilot’s and the limited edition Sinn Frankfurt Financial District collection.
