Free UK Delivery
We offer Free Next Day Delivery for all in stock items, on orders over £125. UK Deliveries are made by DPD and are fully tracked and insured using a signed for next day service*. In stock orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched the same day between Monday to Friday, for next day delivery before 1pm.
For all orders under £125 we offer a fully tracked and signed for delivery service for £7.50.
For same day dispatch order any in stock item before 4:00pm Monday – Friday or 11:30am Saturday. You may choose to upgrade to your preferred delivery service during the checkout process. All deliveries are fully insured and a signature may be required.
Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed by 9am can be selected in the checkout at an additional cost of £18.
*While the majority of our standard deliveries arrive the next day, this is not always guaranteed by our postal services. Customers that require a delivery by a certain date or time are advised to upgrade as outlined above. Please note, not all of our items will be available for next day delivery.

We accept all international orders with worldwide shipping available. We offer a fully tracked, insured and signed for international delivery service to the US, Europe and the rest of the World.
All postage costs will be automatically be calculated in the checkout. All orders under £200 will be sent via Royal Mail Airsure, which is a 3-5 day delivery service. We offer a fully tracked and insured delivery service on all orders over £200 using an international TNT 2-3 day delivery service. Delivery cost prices may vary dependant on your country and postcode/zip code.
All orders delivered outside of the UK, unless agreed otherwise, will be shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means that importation taxes and duties fall to the responsibility of the purchaser to pay. In such cases, the customer will need to pay this cost for the order to be released to them from the courier.
Please note the following brands; Bell & Ross, Hamilton, Tissot, Rado, Doxa and Oris cannot be shipped outside of the UK.
Grand Seiko & Seiko cannot be shipped outside of the UK & Europe.

Click & Collect
If you would prefer, you can choose to collect your order from one of our stores. Click and collect orders will be delivered to your chosen store usually on the next working day from placing your order (before 4pm Mon-Fri). You must bring a copy of your order, paper or electronic and photographic identification with you (i.e. drivers licence or passport), along with proof of address.
Occasionally your order may take a little longer if sizing or adjustments are required, in this instance we will contact you by telephone and email to keep you updated with the progress of your order.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS READY TO COLLECT?
You will be contacted by either text, call or email depending on how you want to be informed.
WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
Collection is only available during shop opening times. Please see our store page for more details.
Please allow up to 24 hours from the time your order was placed to when it will be available for collection, so your order can be beautifully gift wrapped with the love and attention it deserves. Gift wrapping is free, it's part of the service.
Bank Holiday & Christmas Deliveries
Please be mindful that there is a limited postal service during bank holiday periods and over the Christmas period. If you wish to receive your order for a specific date, please allow sufficient time and place your order in advance.
Interest Free Finance
Interest Free Credit orders will only be dispatched once your application has been confirmed by our finance company and these orders can only be delivered to your billing address. Your finance agreement will only be activated and become live once your item has been dispatched or collected from one of our stores.
When requesting a different billing and shipping address, we may require emailed proof of ID if you want delivery to an address other than your billing address.
There are some factors that may affect the delivery time of your order such as stock availability, in the case of us having to order a product directly from the supplier, or if you have any special requirements. If any of these factors result in the delivery of your order being extended, we will contact you to discuss the options available.
If your delivery time is affected by events that are out of our control such as adverse weather conditions, we will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and a member of our customers service team will be available to help track your order.
