Organic juniper berries and coriander seeds are undertones to the Forest Distillery London Gin, found in our Ladybower and Peak Forest Hampers, formed from bundles of hand crushed botanicals using a pestle and mortar. These botanicals, foraged from Macclesfield Forest join wild bilberries, gorse flowers, raspberries and local moss, all distilled in the company’s own copper condenser. The Shining Cliff Dry Gin can be enjoyed in our exclusive C W Sellors Heart Of The Peak District Hamper and is inspired by the woodland and hedgerows of Derbyshire’s Shining Cliffs. This smooth floral gin contains 13 botanicals including rosehip, elderberry, bilberry and local mayflower. Alternatively, our Lovers Walk Hamper reveals another Shining Cliff signature gin. The Shining Cliff Bakewell Pud Gin is enriched with English cherries and almond flavours, blended with a total of nine botanicals. Alongside this specialist gin flavour is an elegant rose quartz heart necklace exclusive to C W Sellors and a box of Holdsworth milk chocolate Marc De Champagne truffles.
