Front of House – Full Time

As our company continues to expand its catering and hospitality business, we are looking for a skilled and talented team member to join us at W Hamond Tea Rooms in Whitby (situated above our jewellery boutique)
We are currently recruiting for Experienced Full Time Front of House/Waiting on Staff and we would welcome applications from experienced, skilled, passionate, ambitious, dedicated and friendly staff who would like to join our team in delivering high quality locally sourced food and beverages and exceptional levels of customer service.

In addition to our W Hamond boutique, we operate 6 other jewellery stores in Whitby – Robert & Victoria, Whitby Jet Store, Araucaria, Museum of Whitby Jet, C W Sellors Fine Jeweller & Jura Watches and looking for dynamic, flexible and motivated members of staff to join out growing and successful team in both full and part time positions.

Online Sales Consultants - Full Time
Whitby
Commercial and successful you are looking for your next big career opportunity selling luxury jewellery and watch brands in an online setting.
Key responsibilities to include:
Delivering industry leading sales and service experiences every time and across all channels (website, phone, live chat, social media).
Converting customer enquiries into real sales to exceed sales targets
Continually expanding your knowledge of our brand partners, their collections, new product launches and limited editions.
Growing and managing your personal portfolio of customers
Key skills and experience required:
Previous successful experience in a busy sales role preferably online
Excellent communication and IT skills
Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability and strength to work on own initiative and as part of a wider team.
