In unprecedented and challenging times, we would like to thank you for your continued loyalty and support.

Throughout our boutiques, our top priority has been to provide a level of customer service that’s in the best interest of our local communities. As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation has developed it is has forced us with a heavy heart to announce the temporary closure of our stores.

In this difficult period, we do however want to keep putting smiles on people’s faces and our online boutique will remain open 24 hours a day for you to shop from the comfort of your own home, with full collections of our Fine Jewellery and Luxury Watches available. Our online customer team will continue to take and deliver all orders, with no delays to deliveries at this time.

If shopping for a gift or special occasion, we are happy to arrange a personal message through a handwritten card/note to be included with the item - please just ask.

Online & Delivery

We are pleased to inform customers that we remain fully operational online and are still able to take orders without any delay to deliveries at this time. 

Our online team of Fine Jewellery and Luxury Watch specialists are working hard to ensure online purchases are being dispatched on time, while complying to the highest standard of hygiene as recommended by the World Health Organisation.

Our selected delivery services are also using best practices to ensure deliveries are carried out in a timely and hygienic manner. 

Our Stores

It is with a heavy heart that, due to circumstances beyond our control, we have made the decision to temporarily close all of our stores. This decision has not been taken lightly but is one that we feel is necessary to ensure the safety of our staff and customers during this time. 

As a result of this, we will no longer be able to offer click and collect services and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I still shop online?

Yes. Our website is still 100% here for you. We are still here to assist with new and existing enquiries and will continue deliver all orders without delays. We have also introduced additional measures to ensure the highest standards of hygiene when packaging your order. 

Can I order over the phone?

Absolutely. Our expert team of jewellery and watch specialists are still on-hand to take orders over the phone, or to assist with any questions or queries you have.

When will stores reopen?

At the moment we cannot confirm a timescale or reopening date for stores. We are regularly reviewing the situation and will be following guidelines set out by the Government, World Health Organisation and Public Health England. We will announce reopening of our stores via email and social media channels. 

Can I still return or exchange an item?

We are pleased to inform customers that we are still able to process returns and exchanges as normal.

How can I contact my local boutique?

Click & Collect

At the moment we can no longer offer our click and collect service. If you already have a purchase that is awaiting collection from a store, contact a member of our team on 01947 603 330 and we will work with you to arrange an alternative delivery method. 

Jewellery Repairs

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to continue with jewellery repair services. We would like to reassure all customers that have existing and ongoing jewellery repairs with us that all items are being safely stored and locked in our secure safes. We will resume these services as soon as we are able and will keep all customers updated with the progress. 

Watch Repairs

At the moment we are unable to process repairs as our brand partners and suppliers have closed their facilities. We do of course have a complete record of all ongoing watch repairs and will resume these services at the earliest possible time. We will keep all customers updated with regard to this.
