Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes. Contact us today on 01947 603 330 with your order and payment details. Our Customer Services team are available Monday to Saturday, 8.30am-6.00pm. Sunday, 10am-5pm.
Can I place an order from overseas?
Yes. We accept overseas orders but we can only offer delivery to registered billing address. Your item will be charged in UK Sterling but we can accept and provide details to allow you to make payments in Euro's and US Dollars. How can I pay for my purchase?
We accept all types of payment method including Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Mastercard, MasterCard Debit, Amex, Maestro, PayPal and Bank Transfer. For items valued over £250 you can spread your payments and checkout with our interest free finance options, with up to 60 months interest free instalments available.

What method is used to ship my goods?
All UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail's Special Delivery, insured and fully tracked, a signature will be required upon receipt. Click here to find out more about our delivery services available, including our international delivery options.
How long does delivery take?
We offer a next day signed and tracked delivery service for all In Stock items. If you place your order before 4pm you can expect to receive your purchase before 1pm the following day. We offer an estimated delivery timescale on all out of stock items, occasionally there are some factors that may affect expected delivery day such as stock availability or in the case we have to order a product from a supplier. In this instance we will contact you to discuss the options available. If you require your purchase for a specific date, especially during busy times such as Christmas and Valentine's Day, we strongly recommend that you place your order well in advance. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You do not need to create an account to place an order, we do however recommend that you do as this allows you to check the status of your orders and makes future purchases and re-ordering very easy. Can I check the status of my order?

Can I have my item delivered to a W Hamond store?
Yes. We offer a Click and Collect service with options within the checkout which allow you to collect you items from your nearest W Hamond store. If you would prefer to try an item on before you making a purchase, please contact our customer service team who will be able arrange for your items to be sent to your nearest store. How will my purchase be packaged?

How do I protect my Jewellery?
We recommend that you take off your Jewellery before going to bed or when taking part in any physical activity. We do also recommend not to wear items of Jewellery when swimming as chlorine or salt water may oxidise precious metals and be potentially harmful to certain gemstones. Always try to avoid contact with make-up, creams and perfumes and do not bathe, shower or wash up when wearing Jewellery. Cleaning products can often be harmful to silver jewellery.
